Cape Otway Lightstation

A visit to what is perhaps Australia’s most significant lighthouse offers magnificent scenery and cliff-top views. Built in 1848, the Cape Otway Lightstation is surrounded by the Great Otway National Park, spectacular sea cliffs and the Southern Ocean below. From May to October it is ideal for whale spotting and there are daily lighthouse and shipwreck discovery tours.
